 3) Preference will be given to a student transfer requests under the following parameters: a. Siblings of a student assigned outside their attendance area will be given first preferential consideration for a transfer (student is assigned to a special education program in another building and sibling wishes to request a transfer to the same building). If the transfer request would result in exceeding the class size parameters, the request will be reviewed on an individual basis with the building principal. b. Siblings of students previously approved for transfer will be given second preferential consideration for a transfer. In case where more than one student at a grade level (s) has a sibling in a school, a lottery will be held to determine order of preference within this category. Open enrollment siblings will also be included in the category and will be given the same preference as resident students. 4) Transfers of students whose parents/guardians are staff in the district will not be guaranteed the right to attend the school of their request nor given preferential consideration for a transfer. They will be reviewed under the same transfer procedures as all transfer requests. 5) Transfers will be considered permanent except if boundaries are changed.

Accepting An Offer >Negotiating Factors
Negotiations for the sale of a home can be affected by emotional factors. For example, it is easy to be offended by someone who is making an offer on your property. Even if the buyers love your house, they are trying to negotiate the best possible price and terms. They probably will not let you know how much they want your home until they have negotiated a purchase agreement.
Buyers almost never write offers that please the sellers entirely. Offers and counter offers may be traded back and forth over days or weeks. Terms of the sale will be discussed and deadlines will be set. When there is finally a meeting of the minds, both sides may feel relieved but exhausted by the process. One of a real estate agent's most important jobs is to act as the intermediary during such negotiations. With your agents knowledge of financing, negotiation procedures, and the tax laws affecting real estate sales, agents come up with creative solutions to the challenges that may arise.
